This role is based within our PPD clinical research division, focusing on delivering world-class medical information services. You will work at the forefront of research, contributing to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

A day in the Life:
- Provide technical and medical information with flawless customer service
- Analyze and research inquiries, detailing interactions strictly according to guidelines
- Conduct intake of adverse events/product complaints
- Deliver information in line with your expertise and training
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and client personnel

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience in the field
- Active RN license based on work province required
Experience
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years)
- Proven experience in a medical or research environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and research medical inquiries
- Experience detailing interactions in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in French Canadian and English is required
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to interpret client-provided complex medical and technical information
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging circumstances
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role requires working in a standard office environment. Occasional travel may be required. The ability to remain seated for extended periods is necessary.
