This is a fully on-site position focused on service delivery excellence for Unity Lab Services, based at our client's site at Grangecastle, Dublin.

It is a days only roles (Monday-Friday).

Unity Lab Services provides a single source for integrated lab service, support, and supply management. Our customised service offerings and world-class service experts have the flexibility and experience to uniquely address our customer's laboratory's business needs.

A day in the Life:

Specific activities could include:

  • Receiving and de-trashing goods at customer sites, inventory management, order management, chemical management, glassware washing and product preparation.
  • The role involves using a variety of computer software programs and technology.
  • There will be face to face customer interaction requiring customer service and communication skills.

Keys to Success:

  • Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Experience in laboratory setting or services preferred; experience in GLP/GMP environment a plus.
  • Knowledge of logistics and consignment stock experience.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Maintain Thermo Fisher Scientifics' Four-I Values.
  • Displays a high level of confidentiality for both customer and Fisher.
  • Strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to deal with various levels of personnel at the customer site.
  • Operating skills to use hand held scanners and learn to enter data in various systems as necessary.
  • Must be able to use a computer. Experience with Microsoft Office would be beneficial.
