Join Our Team as a Material Handler II

Key Responsibilities

  • Strapping the finished product to be loaded in the containers.
  • Receive and store material in warehouse locations.
  • Fill work orders for assembly areas.
  • Supply requisitions of materials for the production areas.
  • Consolidate warehouse locations.
  • Electric forklift and pallet handling.
  • Handling of scales for the weight of material.
  • Preparation of shipments.
  • Process transactions with scanner.
  • Receive materials from external and internal suppliers.
  • Receipt of import charges and local warehouses.
  • Transfer materials to the production area.
  • Location of Molding materials.
  • Forklift operation review.
  • Maintain 5's in the area, ensuring a detailed and rigorously organized workspace.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in material handling or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in material handling or related training.
  • Experience in an information technology role within the scientific industry.
