Job Description

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

Receive and issue materials according to invoice/PO or delivery note.

Put away the goods to related locations according to Goods Receipt Slip.

Pick and transfer the materials to assembly line according to picking list

Perform annual, monthly or daily cycle counting for materials and FGs to ensure stock accuracy.

Work according to ISO13485, SOP or corporate internal controlling standard and make sure all the transactions are meet the requirements of procedure.

Implement 5S in warehouse and make sure all goods are in order and match with label description. Clean the warehouse according to weekly or daily schedule.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience Qualifications:

At 1 year of warehouse work experience in manufacturing company.

Be good at communication skills.

Could read, write, and follow written instructions.

Be integrity and tolerant.

Certificate for Forklift driving or Certificate of chemical material management or SAP skilled operating

Key Metrics and objectives:

  • 95% stock accuracy for materials, and 100% Stock accuracy for Finished Goods
  • Cycle counting according to procedure
  • 5S achieves Grade 3
  • 95% on time delivery in full
