As a Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with global partners to complete the activities outlined in our marketing plans. The primary objective of this role is to drive awareness and generate demand for our Cell Culture and Cell Therapy business. You will be working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

To excel in this role, you possess strong project management skills. Balancing multiple projects and activities simultaneously is critical. Your main focus will be on completing marketing tactics and activities. You should have the capacity to perform these tasks with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Support development and drive the execution of marketing program tactics.
  • Closely collaborate with partners to develop tactics for execution in the regions.
  • Work with internal creative services team and external agencies to drive the completion of marketing materials, including: flyers, brochures, web site content, white papers, videos, webinars, promos, sales tools, social media communications, and sales & customer presentations.
  • Support planning and drive execution of external events such as seminars or customer workshops and internal events like global commercial meetings.
  • Leverage analytics to regularly track marketing program results; develop and present metrics dashboards and recommendations for plan improvements.
  • Lead the sustaining marketing activities for our portfolio of products including updating marketing materials, web pages, emails, and other communications.
  • Build, implement, and optimize appropriate placement of marketing content across digital channels, including web, video, social media, paid search and display advertising
  • Support development of sales tools for commercial teams and customer facing materials in collaboration with global and regional marketing partners and commercial teams.
  • Complete tactical projects to achieve key performance indicators, revenue targets and other annual operating plan objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, marketing, business administration, or communications.
  • 4+ years of experience with accomplishments in marketing/marketing communications.
  • Previous experience driving marketing programs with digital marketing focus.
  • Be detail oriented - be able to identify and resolve problems and independently complete tasks with attention to detail.
  • Digital marketing understanding in various channels and digital performance metrics, SEO and Google Lead Gen, and ecommerce
  • Understanding of analytics metrics and how to use them to advise plan improvements.
  • Able to act in a highly autonomous manner
  • Proven track record of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment to meet timelines

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $75,800.00-$100,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
