Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the SME in all matters concerning Service Contracts Pricing.
  • Acts in a consultive role for the Service organization by providing knowledge and data-backed insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Is responsible for the annual price update process.
  • Consults with other Product Marketing Managers on service-related pricing decisions made during new product development processes.
  • Gathers and reports data to support Price Realization discussions with senior leadership.
  • Leads investigations and responds to pricing requests received from across the organization.
  • Owns and maintains PriceBook and the integration of pricing into our tools infrastructure.
  • Develops strategies for setting optimal prices for our service offerings to support the company's overall business objectives.
  • Supports the Service Marketing team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-5 years of work experience, preferably experience in pricing or cost analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in building data models.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex data models and business problems.
  • Ability to work across a matrix organizational structure and effectively influence business partners.
  • Self-motivated, able to drive actions to completion with intensity and ownership.
  • Passionate about learning business and developing Pricing as a function.
  • Ability to travel up to ~10%.
