Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Specialist for vertical markets to join our team. In this role, you will have the outstanding opportunity to develop strategic and tactical marketing plans to support vertical business growth. And you will play a key role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans based on an in-depth understanding of the target customer's persona and buying journey.
  • Consolidate and align with strategic marketing and Division marketing teams, particularly in relation to activation activities such as campaigns and demand generation.
  • Plan and deliver outstanding marketing execution for vertical marketing campaigns and marketing projects.
  • Build and maintain content assets based on the vertical marketing plan and campaign needs.
  • Plan and implement all communications and media buying actions on various channels, including online, offline, and social media.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to ensure that important marketing activities align with the marketing strategy and receive appropriate support through promotional efforts and advertising investments.
  • Work with the event team to activate campaigns and implement marketing and launch plans to enable vertical business growth.

Required knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' work experience, including at least 1 years in project management.
  • Demonstrated track record in crafting and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate them into effective implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering the highest-quality output.
  • Demonstrated creative and innovative thinking.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with important individuals and handle both internal and external client relationships at senior levels.
  • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple projects by effectively prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to work well both collaboratively and independently, actively involving and collaborating with others to successfully complete projects.
  • High energy, proactive work style, and flexibility in approach to changing work.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
