We are seeking an APJ Bioscience (BID) Marketing Project Specialist to manage and leverage our marketing initiatives. As part of the APJ marketing team, you will partner with global & regional teams, to manage the tools focusing on customer journeys, campaign & digital channel performance. This role is an individual contributor position and is highly visible. The successful candidate will have a broad background in project management, high level of organization presentation and influencing skills.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must be comfortable working in a highly matrix environment in a global organization, collaborating with large teams across the APJ region & aligning with our global team in North America.
High Level Role Responsibilities
- Project manage, budgets, projects schedules, scope and project plans.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, documents and generate report outs.
- Coordination and uploading of documentation onto shared spaces.
- Lead monthly & quarterly performance reviews
- Lead yearly sales meeting coordination and deliverables
- Event planning management across APJ
- Delivering and maintaining training deployment tools
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent communication skills and strong collaboration skills
- Strong time management, organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, digital marketing or project management
- Ability to synthesise technical insights into clear executive summaries of actionable insights and recommendations to executives.
- Demonstrated initiative and tenacity to begin a project and complete it.
- Demonstrated self-starter.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in ambiguous situations.

- Bachelor's degree business management or project management
- Occasional travel within the region, 10-15%
