As the Marketing Manager for the Industrial Vertical in our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD), you will play a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market strategy and growth of our Industrial Vertical. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of our Industrial Market strategy, ensuring that our products and solutions meet the needs and challenges of customers in the Semiconductor, Oil and Gas, Clean Energy, and Chemical segments. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and success of our business as we expand our presence in the industrial segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to advise development strategies.
  • Build persuasive justifications for new initiatives and products sought at the industrial market.
  • Prioritize R&D projects to align with industrial market needs and business objectives.
  • Implement effective sales strategies for new industrial audiences.
  • Craft persuasive funding proposals for market development initiatives.
  • Analyze market data to measure campaign success and guide adjustments.
  • Manage and optimize the market pipeline for potential customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans globally, driving awareness and purchase.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of customer segments, business trends, and market opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment with business strategy and goals defined by leadership.
  • Implement launch strategies for new product introductions to achieve revenue goals.
  • Drive incorporation of the product portfolio into industrial workflows and customer journeys.
  • Optimize and develop engaging digital marketing content across various channels.
  • Lead participation in industry conferences and events to showcase products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective sales enablement.
  • Develop sales training and customer education materials.
  • Oversee budget, campaign reporting, and lead generation driven by marketing activities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our multi-brand strategy in marketing programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with preferred experience in the Oil and Gas, Clean Energy, Chemical, or Semiconductor industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research or a related field, with a focus on the industrial market.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sophisticated data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey market insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Proven capacity to build effective plans for business development.
  • Experience with market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with industrial market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic go-to-market plans for global adoption of new products and services.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including display advertising, search engine marketing and optimization, social media, video, and automation approaches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals both within and outside the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization, influencing across functional teams and geographies.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $93,800.00-$140,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
