Discover Impactful Work:

As the Marketing Manager, Allergy, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and performing impactful outbound and inbound, integrated global multi-channel campaigns, with the primary aim to raise awareness and drive demand of our allergy portfolio, helping to meet global revenue and growth targets. The successful candidate will thoroughly understand the needs and decision-making drivers of our target audiences along all phases of their buying journey to develop and implement tailored, actionable marketing content. You will collaborate with colleagues to build effective marketing campaigns that bring labs, HCPs, and patients along the customer journey and generate business. This role will be part of our Global Downstream Marketing team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, HCP & Patient Marketing.

A day in the life:

  • Develop global multi-channel marketing programs and content strategies that drive demand for new and existing products within the ImmunoCAP portfolio
  • Build and optimize appropriate content across all channels, digital & traditional, including flyers, brochures, website content, pitch decks, blogs, videos, pitch decks, etc.
  • Ensure value props, messaging, and content are tailored to and resonates with appropriate target audiences including laboratories, HCPs (primary care providers and specialists), and patients
  • Identify key performance indicators, measure, and report out on marketing effectiveness and achieve targets for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with PLCM, Medical & Scientific (MSA), Regional Marketing, other internal partners and external marketing agencies to develop impactful marketing campaigns
  • Ensure consistency with brand and company standards.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or above in biology, immunology, or a related field

Experience

  • 3+ years of marketing or similar experience in diagnostics, preferably including specific knowledge of allergy testing and/or the ImmunoCAP product portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability in a marketing role with proven core competences: marketing program development and execution, channels, segmentation, value propositions and messaging

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Possess a strong understanding of allergic disease areas & diagnostic technologies
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive adoption, generate demand and on-going usage, and create loyal customers
  • Experience in marketing to HCPs; experience marketing directly to patients a plus
  • Great teammate, results oriented, strong collaborative skills, motivated to contribute to and operate in a diverse, multicultural environment
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into tactical plans and complete those plans
  • Strong project management skills and able to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and handle changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Able to think strategically, operate independently, take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive execution of marketing programs

Location: the role can be a remote role, with regular travel to Uppsala, Sweden and other international travel
