Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing team of GSD/CSD to develop positioning and go-to-market strategy for our product portfolio.
  • Develop annual strategic and tactical marketing plans and socialize them with internal and external partners. Update plans quarterly based on opportunities and channel feedback.
  • Develop messaging and tools to directly communicate brand value to the target audience through multiple channels, such as sales, digital marketing, events, and word of mouth.
  • Develop and cultivate external partnerships as collaborators and speakers during these educational activities.
  • Maintain relevant knowledge of driven activities and develop effective countermeasures.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of channel programs and improve upon them.
  • Performs detailed analysis and routine reporting around business performance and segmentation.
  • Develop and manage budgeting and planning on a regular basis
  • Responsible for adapting & rationalizing global campaigns and programs for execution in the country to establish strong customer and category positions and achieve the business target.
  • Develop local marketing strategy & campaign, align with global, communication deliverable, digital, web contents
  • Plan and implement customer events for our portfolio.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered. Graduate degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years' experience in product management, strategic marketing and project management in life science market
  • Emphasize customer needs, aim for positive outcomes, and showcase an instinctive grasp of business operations.
  • Ability to develop, align and implement impactful tactical plans with clear objectives, quality deliverables, and key performance metrics.
  • Ability to work on problems of routine to diverse scope.
  • Identifies problems, proposes resolutions, answers questions from customers and sales colleagues, and gains partnership of others to implement efficient solutions.
  • Shown experience in a strategic role working collaboratively and independently to get results.
  • Shares regular updates, both verbally and in writing, on successes, failures, and standard methodologies to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good team management skills
  • Self-directed, persistent, and goal-oriented.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English with the distributed team.
