Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish sound marketing intelligence, and dynamically update market development trends and competitions. Based on it, craft and develop the overall marketing strategies and initiatives, strengthen branding, help set up yearly company business objectives as well as education programs to grow sales and market share.
• Work along with field sales to educate clients on technical/medical aspects of company products through one on one, group presentations, grand rounds presentations as requested by the Company.
• Develop strategic alliance with Associations, Academies & other bodies to improve brand equity, through scientific programs and initiatives; Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, speakers.

• Propose and supervise the Marketing Budget for the country.
• Design internal and external communication messages and provide training programs to employees and clients; produce promotional tools to support sales processes.
• Be responsible for overall product portfolio management and launch new products to satisfactorily meet local customer needs, and timely feedback the needs to relative internal teams; evaluate and suggest any new business opportunity around new market segments through market research and business plan definition; Assist in annual Registration Master Planning process.
• Perform ongoing analysis and assessments to better understand the features and benefits that are required for improve customer happiness and sales success; Actively connect with peers to ensure best practices being shared.
• Act as Liaison between the country and the Corporate Marketing and MSL Department.
• Lead marketing team and people management.
• Supervise and manage the reimbursement application progress for each province.
• Recommend marketing mix, including regional and national advertising, promotional campaigns, tradeshow, video production.
• Work with the marketing communications function to promote company image.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• bachelor's degree in biology or biomedical or Clinical laboratory. MBA preferred. PhD in biomedical or Biology is a plus.
• 5+ years professional experience of marketing management in IVD/medical device/ healthcare industries in MNC
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, especially ppt presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills in running projects and activities.
• Ability to utilize market, sales and customer data to conduct meaningful analysis for decision--support and marketing plan formulation.
• Possess a strong strategic orientation and ability to apply critical thinking to solving market issues.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Willing to travel frequently.
• Work hard, and willing to face challenge.
