Marketing Channel Enablement Manager

The Marketing Channel Enablement Manager is a unique opportunity at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a key member of the Marketing team. In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate cross-functionally and drive revenue generation for the Fisher Healthcare business. By partnering with Data Science, Digital, and Portfolio Marketing teams, you will develop strategies to target attractive customer segments and optimize their purchasing journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Data Science, Digital, and Portfolio Marketing teams to develop key strategies for customer groups (Suppliers, GPOs, IDNs, etc.)
  • Understand and develop strategic plans for revenue attainment through funnel generation activities
  • Identify and implement key Omni-channel activities based on customer segmentation
  • Ensure timely transfer of leads into Salesforce.com through an automated process
  • Work closely with both internal and external collaborators to develop compelling value propositions, effective messaging, targeted personas, and engaging content.
  • Drive the development and use of data-centric segmentation and targeting capabilities
  • Lead audience activation for all Omni-channel tactics including tradeshows, paid search, email, webinars, and social media
  • Continuously assess performance and optimize Omni-channel activities
  • Identify and drive next-generation implementations and automation initiatives

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing, agency, or B2B/B2C marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, MBA or post-graduate degree a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital programs including Adobe platforms, Eloqua, Power BI, HTML, SQL, Sprinkler, Salesforce.com, and other technologies
