Job Description

Position Summary:
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our China Service Marketing team. The individual will be responsible for marketing and communication activities and product support & system maintenance as well as provide admin support for senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Marcom events, campaigns, telemarketing, and downstream marketing activities for leads generation and branding to drive market growth.
• Create engaging content for the Service website, WeChat, WeServe, and any other online/offline marketing projects. Manage marketing materials, ensuring their availability and distribution as needed.
• Support PM on product management and system maintenance including providing out-of-system quotations and updating data in different systems.

• Provide admin. support for senior leaders, incl. manage calendar, arrange/coordinate meetings, liaise with internal staff at all levels when necessary, make and polish PPT with provided contents etc.
• Misc. errands assigned by senior leaders

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, advertising, or a related field is required. Major in chemistry, data analysis is also within range for consideration. Consider less experience if with a master's degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communication or related roles.
• Strong communication skills are a must. Capability to thrive under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment with diverse partners.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in computer skills (PPT, Word, Excel) relevant to the role
• Strong written and spoken abilities in both Chinese and English are required.
