Collaborate closely with our United States-based portfolio management and marketing teams, while supporting our Bangalore-based email automation specialist. If you have a passion for marketing communications, email marketing, and using advanced marketing automation tools, this role is made for you.

What will you do?
Marketing Communications:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to improve employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
- Build and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates via Seismic.
- Support the portfolio and marketing teams on large-scale Seismic updates.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect content and ensure consistent messaging across all internal communication channels.
- Review and evaluate the efficiency of internal communication initiatives and recommend improvements.
Marketing Automation:
- Support the design, implementation, and management of email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua).
- Work with the Email Automation specialist to implement email segmentation strategies to target specific audience groups effectively.
- Build engaging email content, incorporating copywriting, design, and multimedia components.
- Monitor email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and generate reports to analyze results.
- Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and other standard methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and standard methodologies.

Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Preferred Experience Required
- 3-5 years of email marketing experience
- 3-5 years experience with marketing and email automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Seismic, Showpad, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of HTML with hands-on experience with HTML editing tools such as Atom, Sublime, or Dreamweaver a plus.
