  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes for small components.
  • Follow strict protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements.
  • Accurately document production data and complete required reports.
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an assembly or electronic manufacturing role with quality checks, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Ability to strictly follow written and verbal instructions and protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift materials for extended periods.
