Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully implement and manage customer-directed project timelines, providing accurate inquiry assessments and ensuring flawless execution of documents required for manufacturing customized cell culture media.
  • Oversee change orders and manage product documentation strictly adhering to quality and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliver results.
  • Provide technical support to customers, internal teams, and training to junior scientists and manufacturing staff.
  • Possess problem solving skills to support investigations, determine root cause, and implement CAPA plans.
  • Design and support experiments. Identify and resolve elementary problems in experimental designs.
  • Strong chemistry background with ability to perform calculations and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality protocols.
  • Additional responsibilities may be required to as needed and/or assigned.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology/Biomedical engineering, or related field required
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field;
  • Proven experience in designing chemical and cell culture media formulations.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $60,000.00-$90,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
