Key Responsibilities:
- Build Orders: Construct orders according to ERP requirements.
- Review Critical Metrics: Conduct daily reviews of critical metric targets to ensure flawless performance.
- ERP Recommendations: Act on ERP recommendations and exceptions to align with customer requirements.
- Root Cause Analysis: Maintain root cause updates for out-of-stock products.
- Problem Resolution: Increase visibility of customer or partner concerns by discussing them in daily Tier meetings and taking action with clear problem statements and initial solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to process, regulatory, health and safety, and quality compliance obligations.
- Standard Work: Maintain daily standard work practices.
- Third-Party Materials: Develop and maintain tracking for third-party materials.
- Customer Coordination: Coordinate with Customer Services to ensure timely deliveries in full.
