Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Primary Activities:
Standard Time Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze and improve standard times by monitoring performance and finding opportunities for improvement (e.g., product change sequences, SMED), collaborating with relevant teams.
Collaboration with Organizational Units & Planning
- Be familiar with the schedule for planned maintenance activities (internal and external) as well as the stages of design and testing for new formats (e.g., format installations, TT activities, validations, mediafills, etc.).
- Analyze the scheduling of all activities within the organizational unit, identify short- and mid-term optimization opportunities, and work with planning to incorporate them into future campaign schedules.
- Ensure that all necessary activities for production startup (e.g., planned maintenance or inspections, tests, validations, calibrations, defrosting) are included in the production plan.
- Support the technical unit and Learning in planning training interventions based on activities outlined in the production plan.

Ensuring Production Readiness
- Ensure the organizational unit's readiness for the production plan in the short term, addressing critical issues in real time to minimize impact on delivery. This includes:
- Collaborating with the technology unit to monitor and ensure the availability of documents (MBR, SOP) and approved materials on time, working with Planning, Procurement, QC Packaging, and Dispensing.
- Monitoring the execution of activities and proactively addressing any unforeseen issues.
Execution - Schedule Attainment
- Work with the technology unit to ensure activities are carried out as per schedule.
- Analyze data/critical metrics to monitor the execution of activities and track the progress of production phases. Adjust the schedule as needed to maintain delivery or collaborate with planning to assess impacts on the schedule.
- Analyze and interpret unit performance indicators and measurements to assess line efficiency, breakdowns, micro-stoppages, and other factors.
- Collaborate with the technology unit to monitor and ensure that in-process controls (IPCs) are completed on time.
Post-Production Activities
- Collaborate with the technology unit to ensure timely review of the Batch Record by the production department and Quality on the Floor.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Technical & Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Familiarity with SAP/MRP
- Knowledge of TPM, Operational Excellence principles
Professional Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in planning or technical roles within manufacturing environments.
Language Skills:
- Strong communication abilities in English (or other relevant languages, as needed).
