Job Description

This position is based in Uppsala, where Thermo Fisher develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. What will you do?

  • Successfully implement and adhere to production protocols ensuring flawless execution of tasks.
  • Document processes and results strictly according to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and achieve production goals.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and quality.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment with proven competence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, contributing to our world-class reputation.
  • Perform tasks involving lifting and manual handling as required.

What will you need?

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated competence in technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Experience with regulatory standards such as GMP, QSR, and ISO 13485 is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, preferably with a technical or scientific focus, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • No allergies related to materials handled in the production process.
