This position is based in Uppsala, where Thermo Fisher develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. • Successfully implement and adhere to production protocols ensuring flawless execution of tasks.
• Document processes and results strictly according to regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated competence in technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Experience with regulatory standards such as GMP, QSR, and ISO 13485 is highly desirable.
• Minimum of a high school diploma, preferably with a technical or scientific focus, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• No allergies related to materials handled in the production process.
