• Operate and Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on washing equipment and conduct daily checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Washing & Cleaning: Sort and process items for manual or automated washing while ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of all materials.
• Documentation & Reporting: Review cleaning cycles, update records, and report any issues using our ERP system.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including safe handling of biohazards and compliance with COSHH guidelines.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and operational efficiency.

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations is preferable but not essential, as full training will be provided (graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively to achieve shared objectives.
• Clear and effective communication skills for sharing information and coordinating with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience maintaining a high-standard working environment with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
• Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks, manual lifting (less than 10kg) and prolonged periods of standing.

• GCSEs or equivalent preferred but not essential.

• Previous experience working in a GMP-compliant or operational environment.
