Impact You'll Make:
As the Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate manufacturing activities while guiding employees in the production department. Your role will involve addressing customer concerns, resolving quality issues, ensuring EH&S compliance, managing facility and maintenance concerns, and handling human resource and employee relations matters.

Shift Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
- Flexibility is required to cover leadership absence on other shifts throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop front-line leaders, including supervisors and team leads.
- Implement Lean Management principles, using Leader Standard Work and visual controls to monitor and improve production processes.
- Track and analyze production performance indicators, ensuring sustainable corrective actions to enhance quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiencies.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with other departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with direct reports and peers.
- Allocate resources effectively to boost operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.
- Empower employees through clear goals and professional development.
- Promote process improvement initiatives to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Encourage employee involvement to attain operational excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, Standard Work, DHRs, FDA regulations, QSR guidelines, ISO requirements, and cGMP.
- Maintain a safe work environment by engaging employees in safety practices and addressing potential hazards.
- Utilize the PPI business system in daily operations.
Qualifications:

- Experience in aseptic and sterile dispensing environments.
- Proven leadership skills in previous roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of FDA, cGMP/QSR, and ISO standards.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, facilitate collaboration, and respond effectively to changes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PPI, Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement methodologies.
