As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing support for special processes and assembly operations. You will have the chance to interact with a diverse range of colleagues, including hourly line workers, team leads, shift supervisors, quality engineers, R&D, maintenance, and site leadership. This collaborative environment will allow you to contribute to the execution of manufacturing processes and the successful implementation of new product and process development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure product conformance, quality, and cost effectiveness.
  • Resolve production issues and partner with various teams to keep production running smoothly.
  • Identify gaps and develop corrective and preventive actions to improve overall efficiency.
  • Implement continuous improvement projects, applying Lean methodologies and PPI tools.
  • Provide technical assistance and expertise to manufacturing, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Establish and maintain manufacturing specifications and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of new products and contribute to the development of existing products.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of manufacturing experience in an ISO quality environment preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering, is preferred. Equivalent experience in the field will also be considered.
  • Experience in fostering continuous improvement and driving lean processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop action plans for efficient production.
  • Proficiency in process auditing and Lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
