Manager VAVE, Cost Reduction and Product Evaluation (m/f/d)

• University degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience and extensive expertise in hardware design in a leading position.
• Professional experience in Product Development Practices, Processes and Tools, preferably in the context of sophisticated analytical instruments.
• Relevant experience in VAVE and cost-out programs as well as in product verification and validation (V&V) is highly desirable.
• Motivating personality with an interdisciplinary approach that fosters inclusivity and embraces diverse perspectives.
• Experience in efficiently leading and inspiring teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and driving exceptional results, is highly valued.
• Agile, creative thinking and a growth mindset, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement, passion to overcome boundaries in technology.
• Open communication to help create a collaborative and diverse environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and quick learning, thrive in a high paced work environment.
• Proficient in English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
