Job Title : Manager Taxation
Band : 6
Requirement:
- Candidate with 4/5 years experience in MNC in Direct taxation
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Good Communication skills
- Well versed in Financial Systems - SAP etc
Detailed Job Description:
- Managing Direct taxes - Corporate Income Tax compliance , Tax planning , Advance Tax computation
- Managing the Annual Tax Audit and filling the Tax Return within Statutory Timelines
- Managing TDS compliances returns
- Indepth knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Ensure smooth transfer pricing clearance
- Consistent business support with 100% Tax compliance, Guiding other departments on Tax implications
- Forming Tax positions for the Company which are justifiable in audits and assessments, and obtain professional opinion (wherever required)
