Job description
As a member of the corporate tax team and will provide transfer pricing advisory services to the company's business operations. In addition, you will use your understanding of the company to identify and apply for grants and incentives opportunities in the EMEA region.

A day in the Life:
- Develop a transfer pricing policy for new supply chains or revise transfer pricing policies in light of changes to the underlying operating model. Work with finance and IT colleagues to make sure the policy gets implemented correctly.
- Perform financial and functional analyses to address transfer pricing implications of supply chain changes, restructurings, business integrations and acquisitions.
- Review profitability levels and calculate and implement transfer pricing adjustments, if required, to ensure arm's length results for tested paries.
- Provide support during tax audits in countries across EMEA, including information gathering, data gathering, drafting responses, and working with external advisors.
- Identify grants and incentives opportunities in the region and work with various other functions and advisors to apply for such opportunities.
Education
- Master's degree in Tax, Finance or Economics
Experience
- Experience at a tax or transfer pricing advisory firm (ideally between 3 and 5 years) with a focus on transfer pricing advisory and transfer pricing controversy work
- Experience with grants and incentives schemes, including tax credits and patent box (preferred)
- Experience with financial data and financial models
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and the ability to develop practical solutions for complex situations.
- Excellent understanding of financial data and ability to build and work with financial models.
- Strong project management skills and strong communication skills in English (required) and Dutch (preferred).
