How will you make an impact?
On the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry team, you will aid our supply chain to manufacture innovative instruments, consumables, and software solutions for customers working in the analytical sciences (routine testing markets) and scientific research. Our complete workflow solutions enable productivity and efficiency for customers performing food and beverage testing and manufacturing, environmental and industrial testing, biopharma QA/QC, toxicology, and anti-doping.

What will you do?
- Have responsibility for global SIOE planning processes, including demand, factory capacity, build plan, supplier/materials constraints, and inventory
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in other functions to ensure that the SIOE plan will ensure delivery of the team's strategic objectives
- Lead and facilitate a robust management cadence that ensures the SIOE plans are socialized with Business Unit leadership
- Drive resolution of production capacity, quality, and supplier critical issues, driving appropriate root cause countermeasure (RCCM), and implementing early warning systems
- Ensure active coordination with the various manufacturing locations and supplier network in Asia, Europe, and North America
- Facilitate weekly reporting on key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, DOS, inventory value, capacity, utilization, sourcing savings and PPI savings
- Communicate, influence, and interact globally with our other functional partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance) to implement plans and achieve annual operating plan (AOP) goals
- Lead projects and actions to optimally focus global operations and supply chain teams to ensure product quality, delivery and cost while growing customer allegiance score (CAS)
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of university education and work experience required.
- Experience with a continuous improvement methodology (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma).
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience
- SAP, APICS CPIM and applicable CRM (e.g., salesforce.com) experience would be an asset.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment to build consensus and implement continuous process improvement.
- Proficiency in engaging and influencing large teams and functional leaders.
- Strong project management and problem solving skills.
- Must possess excellent judgment and be able to work autonomously, bias for action.
- A strong collaborative leadership style and can motivate change across multiple organizational levels, functions, locations, and "dotted lines" into entities to achieve objectives.
- Analytical and statistical skills including the ability to develop and report metrics, develop predictive models and prescriptive analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - shown through both written and spoken communication.
- Ability to work some evenings to accommodate weekly global business needs, 1-2 nights/wk.
