Position Summary: As a Manager, QA, you will have the opportunity to lead a passionate team, ensuring detailed quality processes and standards are maintained. You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to quality and continuous improvement, while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of QA professionals, promoting an inclusive culture where all team members feel valued and respected.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are up-to-date with the latest quality standards and practices.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, encouraging team members to share ideas and feedback.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills, as well as strong computer and math skills.
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001, or other Quality system practices.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, with a track record of leading diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills, as well as strong computer and math skills.
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001, or other Quality system practices.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from Senior Management, peers, and clients.
  • Some travel required.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $103,100.00-$154,700.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
