Job Description

Position Summary:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various partners, including cross-functional teams within Thermo Fisher, executive teams, operational teams, and technical teams from both sides. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, versatile, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment!

Job Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be the subject matter expert for your assigned program and act as the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experience solutions. We rely on you to own and support cross-team coordination and project management, swiftly prioritize and multitask based on severity level and strong business judgment. You will identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams. We need you to be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps. Flexibility and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment are key!

Basic Qualifications:We are looking for someone with experience in the Digital Supply Chain, Program Management, or Product Management within large global organizations with below qualifications:
1.The ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems and tools and develop expertise.
2.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services is essential.
3.Advanced skills in drawing insights from data and clearly communicating them (verbally and in writing) to collaborators and executives as required.
4.Advanced skills with PowerPoint and Excel, including standard formulas and data visualization, are a must. We need someone who can understand customers and their behavior to drive new feature development.
5.Be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities.
6.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams, are required. Attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and a drive for results are crucial.
7.A Master's degree is preferred. The position is based in Shanghai.
