Job Summary:
The Manager, Product Marketing role at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. presents an exceptional chance to oversee and supervise the marketing activities for our Genetic Science Division / Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division (GSD/CSD) product lines, encompassing QPCR, CE, Microarray, Next-generation sequencing, HID, and Animal health products.
As the Manager, your main responsibilities will include formulating marketing strategies, implementing marketing campaigns, and promoting market development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for GSD/CSD product lines
- Provide pre-sales support and project execution
- Collaborate with country teams to gather market intelligence and develop localized marketing tactics
- Manage the product lifecycle and maintain open communication with APJ and global BU
- Generate regular reports on sales analysis, market trends, and competitors' activities
- Drive marketing promotion through pricing strategies and key initiatives
- Support sales teams in achieving annual targets by providing innovative sales tools and delivering product introductions and solutions in customer workshops and conferences
- Collaborate with Marcom teams to support marketing activities and campaigns through website and online communication tools

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 6+ years of sales/marketing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in real-time PCR, CE, MA, and NGS applications
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel frequently and self-motivation
