Are you an ambitious leader looking to excel in the engineering and innovation space? As a key player, you will use your project management, technical, and people skills to enhance our maintenance and development efforts.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure our manufacturing and facility processes continue to deliver top-quality products through efficient preventive maintenance, breakdown response, and LEAN/PPI initiatives.
- Ensure the flawless maintenance and documentation of process equipment to deliver on targets.
- Lead a team of approximately 5 direct reports, successfully implementing innovative and robust solutions to improve safety, quality, growth, and productivity.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead a team of passionate professionals to support the ongoing growth of the business, while developing competences and applying new innovative technologies.
- Develop and implement the maintenance program in line with LEAN/TPM methodologies like TPM and RCM.
- Structure and lead our Project Management Office (PMO), including handling customer-related projects in process and product development.
- Oversee all operations involved in new product and process development to ensure a seamless transfer to manufacturing.
- Manage maintenance contracts and lead staff and vendors in maintaining the facility, including pest control, building maintenance, security, and contract cleaning.
- Run the Facilities and Maintenance department budget, ensuring work is completed within the designated time and budgetary constraints.
- Maintain all plant critical systems (HVAC, Compressed Air, Water, etc.) and manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient operation and compliance with GMP.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Science, Technical subject area, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Project management and leadership programs will be seen as a merit.
Skills and Experiences:
- Experience in a regulated environment such as medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry.
- Consistent track record as an inspiring people leader with experience leading operations or engineering/technical teams to achieve key corporate objectives.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as project plans, cost control, risk management, and prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with all levels in the organization.
- Experienced in applying LEAN/PPI tools like visual management, data analysis, and process mapping.
- Interest in/knowledge of automation and system engineering is advantageous.
- Fluent in Swedish and proficiency in English
