  • Work:

A seasoned Sales salesperson to demonstrate the growing demands from customers and meticulously follow-up customer in designated territories for LSG Services. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for driving Revenue & Sales and Leading Service Sales & Service Strategy while building growth frameworks, Service strategy & scalable solution to support customers. One would complete defined tactical actions to ensure that service sales teams have the vital support on product positioning / differentiation, applications, seminars, trainings, and workshops.

  • Keys to Success:

Implementation of strategic sales, business development and pricing plan for service business and new VAS products launch and development in the region. Promote Service Products, increase Customer Share(Service Ladder) and Market Share (1to1 ratio). Network across partners and explore possible business development activities and launch new initiatives.

  • Education

Engineering Graduate with MBA degree or equivalent required.

  • Experience
  • Must possess Service sales and commercial experience of minimum 12 years in Scientific instruments specifically Chromatography- CMD ( i.e HPLC, LCMS, ICMS, GCMS)
  • Service Sales management, CRM experience preferred.
  • Must have knowledge of life science related technologies, customers, markets in India and have achieved success in his past roles.
  • Must have people management skills.
  • Key Account Management: Should have ability to lead & manager all major accounts in the South Region to mitigate any potential business risks.
  • Commercial & Process Management: Must leads all aspects of several critical commercial and process-related activities, including:
  • Process Improvement and streamlining processes related to parts supply, repair cases (both in-warranty and out-of-warranty), and service operations.
  • New Service Programs: Launching new revenue streams such as extended warranties and contract services for the 1600+ installed base, generating 1 million USD in new revenue during the STRAP period.
  • Team Leadership: Guiding the team to maintain commercial intensity and ensuring the team aligns with regional goals.
  • Install Base Mapping: Collaborating with Sales and Service teams to identify and explore contract and T&M (Time and Material) opportunities for business growth.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Handling AR and conducting regular collection reviews, meets AR targets and minimizes overdue payments.
  • Promotions and Regional Initiatives: Driving regional initiatives and promotions to maintain consistent quarterly AOP and achieve business objectives.


  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Technical understanding ability or Engineering background.
  • Must possess strong soft interpersonal skills and know how to build sales and marketing plans.
  • Good command of the English Language & Good digital literacy.
  • Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This job requires extensive travel across North & Eastern part of India to travel to customer sites to build business opportunities.
