Job Responsibilities
- Deliver bookings and revenue targets for assigned territories, strictly adhering to and exceeding AOP growth expectations.
- Develop and implement partner-specific influence strategies that highlight our vendor's outstanding value propositions.
- Assess market potential, define goals, and monitor progress to drive growth and develop channel partners.
- Compile and review accurate forecasts for the CMD product line and vertical target markets, maintaining a robust business pipeline within SFDC.
- Apply product-focused collateral to establish a balanced project pipeline in the region.
- Coordinate and deliver technical presentations at key conferences and tradeshows to improve customer awareness and product acceptance.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Vertical Marketing, and Marcom to prepare customer-facing materials for seminars, shows, and conferences. Generate data and support materials for product marketing initiatives when applicable.
- Drive new product introduction processes in the region through training, seminars, key account visits, and other relevant events.
- Ensure the development and support of CMD appointed distributors in the region, handling and developing the best possible distributor network.
- Maintain high levels of communication with all distribution channels on technical and sales-related topics, including providing regular, accurate rolling forecasts.

Your Qualifications
- Minimum BSc degree in a science-based subject or equivalent, with over 5 years of experience in Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (Master of Business Communication is an advantage).
- Strong market knowledge and proven experience in Applied Markets and scientific research markets.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to develop partnerships with key accounts and end users.
- Strong business insight with the ability to think strategically beyond assigned tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to technical and business teams across multiple sites, demonstrating a strong executive presence.
- Ability to attend trade shows and explore product/market opportunities.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite to build notes and presentations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international destinations as required.
