What You'll Do
- Provide analytical, reporting, and strategic support to the HMD commercial team and other business partners.
- Lead the sales compensation annual forecasting process.
- Lead the HMD finance commercial forecast.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the commercial organization's recognition awards program.
- Maintain/build reports and perform actionable analyses to support growth and profitability.
- Serve as the point of contact for compensation and forecast-related questions.
- Liaison between compensation, commercial and FP&A.
- Drive share of wallet opportunities between RSD & HMD.
- Lead process improvement initiatives for HMD finance through PPI/AI/etc.
- Perform other duties and project support as assigned.

- Demonstrate robust financial acumen in areas such as financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, internal control, and technical accounting knowledge.

- Proven ability to make logical assumptions, identify trends, and draw conclusions from ambiguous data.

- Proven experience in participating on cross-functional teams and building organizational relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and make wise decisions.

- Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and COGNOS; skills in Database (SQL), Visual Basic, and AI are preferred.
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate the business impact in financial terms.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with functional leaders to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage diverse responsibilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and balance multiple assignments.
