Your Area of Responsibility

  • Lead the Direct Spend Team with effective resource management
  • Develop and implement ambitious purchasing strategies
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations flawlessly
  • Initiate and drive cost-saving projects
  • Collaborate with internal customers and team members, both locally and internationally
  • Participate in global category projects

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical education (Matura, University of Applied Sciences, University)
  • Proven experience in purchasing, preferably within an industrial company
  • Strong chemical-technical understanding and results orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and an assertive personality
  • Enjoyment and skill in negotiation
  • Collaborative approach and proactive attitude
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in German, English, and IT systems

For this position we provide a minimum gross salary of 77.543,90 € per year. Overpayment is possible based on your previous experience and qualifications. In addition to this, you will enjoy benefits such as a performance-based remuneration, a pension fund system, and the flexibility of a hybrid working model.
