Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective relationships in order to increase sales with targeted clients
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the Sales Team, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations on segment and client issues
  • Responsible for growing profitable sales in region using cost efficient methods
  • Understand and align with company policies and procedures
  • Build a successful sales team; manage and develop sales team personnel
  • Lead Business development initiatives in the Region, with aim of improving Market Share in major/key accounts
  • Empower and manage Channel partners, drive/monitor performance and growth
  • Manage receivables in region as per set norms
  • Conduct Performance appraisals for team members and provide feedback for development areas

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree, Business or Science

Experience:

  • 10+ years of business experience
  • Management experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Results oriented, assertive and self-motivated, and possess strong organizational skills to achieve goals consistently
  • Professional selling and presentation skills to influence multiple levels at customer's organization
  • Expert negotiation skills to close sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate optimally with internal and external customers
  • Analytical skills and intellectual ability to develop ideas, grasp sophisticated product applications, apply creative thinking, prepare a business plan and report quantitative data
  • Must have decision-making ability to perceive and evaluate alternatives, analyze impact of decisions before carrying them out, and implement decisions with appropriate evidence and rationale
  • Communicate account objectives and action plans to management via weekly business reviews and other communication vehicles.
  • Good computer skill (Excel, Power point...)
  • Good English Skills, both written and verbal
