  • Oversee daily logistics operations to successfully implement and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics with IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain proven strategies for inventory management, distribution, and transportation.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics personnel, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards strictly and consistently.
  • Identify and resolve logistics issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics supervision, preferably within an IT-focused organization.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize logistics processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine and implement efficient logistics strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and drive positive outcomes.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and IT systems integration.
