Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound on time shipment operation.
- Handle the picking and packing of customer orders based on shipment requests.
- Close communication with stake holders related Warehouse operation.
- Apply efficient work methods to ensure the accuracy of shipping operations.
- Introduce and apply new methods and tools to enhance productivity.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work environment through 5S activities.
- Identify and address hazards (HZ) to ensure a safe working place.
- Strive to improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and optimize logistics processes through JDI and Gemba activities.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Junior college diploma
- Over 3 years of experience in logistics operation and inventory management.
- Understanding of Operation system (Oracle, SAP, WMS etc.)
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- English communication skill will be plus.
