Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Logistics Associate III. This unique opportunity allows you to play a significant role in coordinating and fulfilling activities related to projects at the local level in the healthcare industry. As a Logistics Associate III, you will be responsible for ensuring detailed execution of reception, storage, preparation, and packaging of deliveries; returns, labeling/re-labeling, reconciliation, and destruction of drugs and clinical supplies. Your exceptional attention to detail and proven track record to successfully implement logistic operations and operational management control will be crucial in minimizing quality deviations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and fulfill activities related to projects at the local level
  • Create, check, advise, document, and generate reports for logistic processes
  • Maintain communication flow within the project team
  • Implement and maintain processes of logistic operations and operational management control
  • Ensure compliance with good manufacturing, storage, and distribution practices
  • Perform logistic operations according to company and client specifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer systems and administrative tools
