You will work remotely and be responsible for managing the global autoimmunity product portfolio, focusing on clinical diagnosis and monitoring of autoimmune diseases. Our company is a global leader in in-vitro autoimmunity testing, with 1,900 employees worldwide and 1,000 based in Sweden.

The job:
As the Director Autoimmunity Lifecycle, your role is to ensure profitability and balanced growth across the product lifecycle for the ImmunoDiagnostics Autoimmunity Portfolio. You are accountable for setting the strategic direction for the product portfolio, global marketing programs, training programs, and segmentation initiatives. You will use your customer, market, and business insights in developing strategic plans and drive execution in collaboration with the Global Marketing teams and cross-functional teamwork across Marketing, R&D, Commercial Operations, QARA, and Operations.
The Autoimmunity Lifecycle Director manages a team of Global Product Managers. They report to the VP Global Marketing and are part of the Global Marketing Leadership Team (GMLT).
How will you make an impact?
- Lead development of portfolio strategies for the Autoimmunity portfolio across the product life cycle (pipeline, product development, launch, product/portfolio management, product rationalization, etc.)
- Increase NPV of the product pipeline by adding high-value development as well as developing/implementing processes to reduce time to market of products in the pipeline.
- Lead the Lifecycle Team Autoimmunity to ensure successful implementation of the portfolio strategy and marketing plans while championing employees' work behaviors for their future leadership development.
- Set strategic direction for Global Marketing programs within the Autoimmunity diagnostics space.
- Collaborate to integrate portfolio, marketing, and evidence generation strategies, as well as downstream tactics, into portfolio strategy to accelerate profitable growth.
- Support forecasts and business decisions with objective data, including conducting market, customer, and driven research, performing financial analysis, and assimilating internal expertise/experience.
- Evaluate performance against business goals and establish a methodology to measure the value of portfolio investments and marketing initiatives.
- Develop leading data indicators of future business performance.
- Inform about developments in the clinical/technical/scientific field and the market as they impact and apply to the portfolio roadmap.
