• Supports and collaborates with teams to prepare, coordinate, and document the onboarding and mentoring of new hires, focusing on employee orientation to ensure smooth integration, maximize content retention, and support business outcomes and industry compliance
• Creates varied support materials, presentations, training programs, tools, simulations, and/or micro learning components and modules.
• Supports small projects that mature key learning programmatic capabilities and refine internal processes for the department.
• Designs, develops and delivers educational, training, and learning products and services for the business.
• Prepares, coordinates and/or delivers pre-meeting, learning course, and project working group materials, facilities, and communications per established timelines and milestones.
• Performs special projects, assignments, and administrative tasks per business needs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years)
• In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role

• Working knowledge of project management standards and practices
• Basic consultancy skills
• Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual training delivery platforms, and various learning design and development software
• Effective ability to query, compile, enter, track and maintain data and records management systems
• Fundamental ability to translate issues into actionable business solutions
• Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver high quality work within project timelines
• Effective ability to deliver learning products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective
• Effective oral presentation and written communication skills

• Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner.
• Able to work upright and stationary and/or standing for typical working hours.
• Able to lift and move objects of 15 to 40 pounds
• Able to work in non-traditional work environments.
• Able to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.
• May have exposure to potentially hazardous elements, including infectious agents, typically found in healthcare or laboratory environments.
