Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and complete label service projects.
  • Inspect and approve label proofs, ensuring compliance with client requests, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance labeling processes and minimize errors.
  • Train new department members on work instructions and software.
  • Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client protocols, and quality criteria.
  • Demonstrate and model the company's values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
  • Offer process improvements to enhance products, processes, and the work environment.
  • Assist in pre and post printing processes associated with production jobs as advised by the Team Leader or manager.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written English language skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate on tasks.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and determine solutions to problems.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with labeling software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent experience.
