Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
New Project support as technical representative, Lead implementation of new production equipment into production; including plan, order, validate and install production equipment like foaming or charging machines, assembly lines, process equipment and leak test-machines.

Interface with Thermo Fisher Global team for technical communication and knowledge transferring

Technical support for manufacturing & Work with local Engineer/ Technician team to resolve manufacturing technical issues.

Track and drive technical communication progress/ issue handling and provide regular report.

PPI tool implementation such as JDI, Kaizen, Lean Conversion, VSM required.

Comply and follow all procedures within the company including security, IP, and export compliance policies.

Other tasks assigned by manager.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in mechanical/ automation engineering or major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- CET-4 required, and CET-6 is preferred.
- Good at Microsoft office
Experience Qualifications:
- Good oral and written English comprehension and communication.
- Has both good personal technical background and teamwork spirit, has certain negotiable capability and effective logical thinking way to solve problems,
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across geographic boundaries and with people of different cultures.
