Label Coordinator - Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkiye

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Label Coordinator to join our world-class Information Technology team. As a Label Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate labeling of our products in Bulgaria, Serbia, and Turkiye.

Responsibilities:

• Determine the labeling requirements for products in the designated regions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement labeling strategies
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards
• Monitor and maintain accurate labeling data in our systems
• Conduct regular audits to verify labeling accuracy
• Offer guidance and support to team members within the organization regarding labeling processes
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose solutions for optimization
• Keep informed about the latest developments and effective techniques in labeling within the industry.
• Assist in training new team members on labeling procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in label coordination or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using labeling software and systems
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for labeling in Bulgaria, Serbia, and Turkyie
