Discover Impactful Work:
Join our national team effort to support the continuous development of biologic laboratory automation platforms and environmentally controlled incubators. You will play a collaborative role in providing support for these platforms with innovative software crafted for the dynamic lab of the future.

A Day in the Life:

  • Troubleshoot technical hardware problems and accurately diagnose sophisticated issues using documentation, schematics, and drawings.
  • To meet their service needs, work and connect with internal and external parties thoughtfully, courteously, and coordinately.
  • Lead your schedule and administrative tasks, e.g., expenses, travel, preventative care schedules, and case reports.

Keys to Success:
To excel in this role, you should be a tried engineer in clinical or research instrumentation, support, installation, and service. Your outstanding ability to resolve sophisticated automation systems problems will set you apart.
Education
Associate and/or Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, preferably in mechatronics or electronics.
Experience

  • Confirmed experience in field engineering of technically sophisticated devices in a clinical or research environment.
  • Experience working with sophisticated environmental controls and measurement, robotics handling systems, dynamic software schedulers, and providing stable hardware solutions.
  • Solid understanding of measurement tools, such as CO2, O2, relative humidity, and multimeter operation.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read detailed schematics (Electronic and Pneumatic).
  • Familiarity with general lab practices.
  • PC hardware and peripherals, and basic network setup.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 75-90% within the region.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs. You can expect to work primarily in biological and clinical research laboratories and from a home office workspace.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $40.87-$48.08.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
