Purposes of the position/responsibilities:

We are looking for IT enthusiasts to join our IT team! As System Analyst you will have the oversight on multiple critical projects and, interacting daily with all internal groups, you will establish yourself as a relevant team member within the site for IT matters.

Assignments, specific/primary activities

  • Coordinate the design, development, testing, adaptation, and support for laboratory, automation and manufacturing projects, following global standards
  • Implement, maintain, and support IT systems (SCADA, Data Historian, DCS, CS), working with IT/OT partners and contractors
  • Collaborate with IT, OT, Laboratory, Engineering teams, and vendors to quickly resolve IT system issues, minimizing business impact, maintaining system availability and reliability
  • Handle Incident and Request tickets through the ServiceNow system, ensuring compliance with priorities and SLA requirements
  • Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and propose improvements to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain the Active Directory OU for laboratory and production projects, aligning with global standards
  • Suggest and implement improvements to systems, processes, hardware, and software to improve security and overall business happiness and security
  • Work with other sites to maintain IT standard processes
  • Participate in multiple projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery, and leading customer and supplier relationships
  • Analyze system data to support investigations and decision-making processes
  • Support IT Quality to generate, review, approve, and control departmental documentation (e.g. SOPs, system reports, user requirements, guidelines, Inventory of assets, etc.) and assist with internal and external quality audits
  • Ensure our data integrity compliance participating to site's "Data Integrity Team", sustaining, and sharing standard process, supporting site's Data Integrity initiatives
  • Promote, deliver training and support end-users on IT tools, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity, promoting knowledge-sharing among users

Education and Professional background:

  • Master or bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science
  • A couple of years experience in IT System Engineer or Automation Engineer

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in Windows Server, VMware vSphere, AD and Powershell scripting
  • Data analysis - Must have proficiency with SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, etc.
  • OSIsoft PI, Rockwell Factory Talk, iFix platform, SCADA, Historian, PLC
  • Data analysis - Must have proficiency with SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, etc.
  • Preferred practical knowledge in GMPs and Regulatory Compliance
  • Preferred ISO 27000 and NIS knwoledge
  • Preferred SAP HR and Interflex knowledge

Languages:

  • Proficient German and English

Your performance is remunerated with an attractive and market-compliant salary. For this position we provide a minimum gross salary of 64.023,54 € per year.
