We are currently seeking an ambitious and proven IT Project Analyst II to join our dynamic team in State of São Paulo. In this role, you will be responsible for the flawless execution of IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and successfully implement solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to establish project scope, goals, and objectives.
- Build and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Proactively address potential challenges that may affect project success
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with teams from different departments to ensure project goals are met.
- Keep track of project advancement and regularly advise stakeholders and sponsors about the updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Support and manage CRM (Oracle Right Now) tool
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an IT Project Analyst delivering projects on time and within budget
- Solid understanding of project management approaches and effective strategies
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- English and Spanish (+intermediate) is required
- PMP certification is a plus
