IT Project Analyst II (Project Management)

• Lead the IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to establish project scope, goals, and objectives.
• Build and manage project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Proactively address potential challenges that may affect project success
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teams from different departments to ensure project goals are met.
• Keep track of project advancement and regularly advise stakeholders and sponsors about the updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Support and manage CRM (Oracle Right Now) tool

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as an IT Project Analyst delivering projects on time and within budget
• Solid understanding of project management approaches and effective strategies
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• English and Spanish (+intermediate) is required
• PMP certification is a plus
