Job Description

Responsibilities:

The IT infrastructure analyst is responsible to support IT operation of IT infrastructure and will collaborate with regional/global teams for IT changes and projects. Direct report to Korea IT manager for enterprise technology.
Successful infrastructural analyst should have good communication and teamwork skills, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, and extensive knowledge of data laws. Ideal candidates will also have experience in project management and give professional presentations.

  • Coordinate and partner with the global network team with solving LAN & Wireless Network issues
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation to ensure it is updated and current
  • Managing ticket SLA using service management tool (Service Now)
  • Provide 2nd tier technical service support for end user troubleshooting
  • Attend and respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Monitoring IT infrastructure availability; network, servers
  • Ensure department work procedures are well-maintained and accurate to reflect current process
  • IP telephony and CTI administration (SBC(session boarder controller), Genesys)
  • User account/computer management in Active Directory, Azure AD
  • Other administration and clerical duties as directed by the IT infrastructure Sr.manager

Project involvement/management

  • Lead small to mid-sized IT infrastructure projects, collaborating with local business teams and APAC/global IT teams
  • Support and coordinate infrastructure changes and implementation by following company standard of change management procedure.

IT procurement

  • IT Procurement of HW/SW for end users use/project required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Have South Korea nationality
  • Able to travel abroad or relocate
  • Completed or exempted for Military service
  • Have Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in IT field with preferred fields as: Service Operations, Application & Integration, IT/OT Infrastructure SME, Collaboration/Vendor /Partner Management, Project Management and IT Security & Risk
  • understanding of Local Area Networking, layer 2 switching, spanning tree, data security, DNS, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, and Email Routing
  • understanding of basic server operation; windows/linux server basic, active directory, web/dhcp/dns/file server
  • Professional and effective communications skills - both verbal and written in Korean and English

Additional qualifications

  • Knowledge of information security
  • Knowledge of cloud powered infrastructure (AWS)
  • ITIL Knowledge is a plus
