Customer Experience Support - Internship

Summary of Internship

Internship positions provide an opportunity for students to get hands on experience in a commercial environment.

Functions:

As part of the Customer Care team in Italy you will be in contact with customers from Life Sciences organizations, Biotech and Clinical companies or public institutions. You will support our customer experience activities aiming at providing excellent service to our customers.

You will be introduced to many commercial and administrative processes that support the order fulfillment cycle, including quoting, as well as you will collaborate with diverse parts of the function. You will have a wide portfolio of tasks to complete. Plus test your natural curiosity in challenging current state, propose for process improvement opportunities and suggestions for efficiency gains.

Qualifications:

  • Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited Bachelor's degree level in a commercial/management or life-science field
  • Fluency in Italian and English languages
  • Students requiring to complete an internship
  • Desire and motivation to develop a career in Customer experience
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve
  • Outstanding customer focus
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is required in performing all functions of this position.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems and to multi-task under due dates.
  • Work in close collaboration with key partners such as Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, to ensure a fast and professional response to our customers' inquiries
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrate judgment, tact and subtlety in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills are required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package
