Job Description

Partner with the business to support HR and Engagement activities Detailed Responsibilities:

Assist the HR and PPI Teams in providing comprehensive administration service.

Ensure accurate HR records on employee data and records in compliance with GDPR requirements.

Provide HR reports as required.

Gain an understanding HR policies, processes and systems.

Co-ordinate and support the company's Health and Well Being programme.

Co-ordinate the Transition Year Programme.

Act as the student's intern point of contact and promote student engagement on site.

Co-ordinate weekly site communications message

Team member for all site engagement activities, lead as appropriate Quality

Read and understand relevant Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and GSOPs applicable to role.

Perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with our Site SOPs and Company Quality System requirements, EHS standards and guidelines and relevant legal requirements
